Hi Folks!

Probably like most of you the announcement of the premiere of “The Tudors” really caught my attention and finally  the time was there. I have to admit I was infected from the first time I saw the trailer on tv. If it was because of the lead actor or the shown scenes… only heaven knows.

Jonathan Rhys Meyers already caught my eye in “Bend it like Beckham”. Aren’t his eyes amazing? And then I saw the first episode of “The Turdors”. Well, let’s say I was kinda irritated. Not, that I mind good-looking actors being naked almost half of the time. But there was definitely some “action” in this show. I don’t remember seing something like it at prime-time.

Ok, there was the Euro 2008 on some other channel at the same time, and the German team did not bad. I actually like watching the major football events (don’t you ever call it soccer). And so I was pretty euphoric
again.

But there I was…saturday evening…like all (female) Germans ebbing between keeping my fingers crossed for our guys and Henry VIII. After pushing through with zapping the first saturday, I let patriotism win from episode 2 on, which means watching football and cute players, enjoy Jonathan Rhys Meyers “in action” on video. Can there be a better way to spend an evening, ladys?

I know in some countries there’s already a third season, but over here we are still waiting for the second. So, to cut a long story short, here’s the trailer for season II:

Therefore one award goes to our team, but first the awards of the month go to:

Butthead of the month – Maybe you noticed that Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards got divorced. Now it was on to another hearing regarding the custody of their two children. Guess what: mud-wrestling! You can imagine the common wiggings. Absolutely ridiculous was that Denise wanted the press to be in court at all costs. Sorry, but that’s outrageous! Shame on both of you!

Self chuck of the month – Nope, not this time. First praise and then frame myself??? Forget it lol

Person of the month- I think this month I have to “award” myself with this one. I’ve been fighting many weeks to make it into the recall at YoumeU. Therefore I pocket this price myself this time. Complaints will not be taken ;-)
