December 2008 – Anniversary-Blog – 1 year is gone!
Cheers!
First of all I’d like to wish all of you a happy new year 2009! I really hope you had a fantastic x-mas and new years eve…
Isn’t it amazing, how fast 2008 went by? Of course a lot of things happened in my life and though time goes by faster than you imagine. New years eve held a great surprise for me. I actually ended up being the second most desirable celebrity in the world at the Singelringen Global SinglePower Celebrity Contest. If that ain’t a reason for a party.
Hi there!
Even if I might go on some peoples minds here with my Formula-1 mania, but did you watch the saison-finals? Geez, my heart almost stopped beating in the last corner. I was already cheering for Felipe and then… But it seemed as if I wasn’t the only one being confused for a moment lol
Hey everybody!
I know, I’m a little late this month, but I was just really too busy to get this blog done in time. I guess, you’ll forgive me, won’t u?
The recall-video shoot for YoumeU was great. Days were long, but the results are just amazing. If you haven’t seen it yet, whether on YoumeU.com or the spots on VIVA/MTV, don’t worry, very soon you’ll be able to watch them here on your favourite website
I’d like to take this opportunity to say thanks to my dancers, you did an awesome job. And of course the super-professional film-team of Katapult, that made us look really good and the people of YoumeU for giving us the chance to do it.
Hi guys!
Isn’t it sometimes scary, how fast time goes by… autumn is finally here, the days are shorter and I’m facing more and more work. This month was so full of appointments, that I got confused with the days at times and bang… it was the end of September like nothing.
Especially exciting were the rehearsals for my recall-video for YoumeU standen. Me and my dancers prepared for a really cool show and in a couple of days we are finally shooting it in Berlin. I am really looking forward to it, not only the performance but also meeting Collien. It’s gonna be so cool…
Nǐ hǎo!
Like with most people on this planet this month was all about the Olympic Games in Bejing!
Wasn’t it spectacular… As you might now I was part of the opening ceremony as a dancer at the games in Atlanta and therefore the ceremony give me chills every time. I guess only the ones participating can really relate to that. The feeling to be there in the stadium among so many people and being a part of it is an experience of a lifetime. Even though I was just one of several hundrets, I don’t think I will ever forget these few hours in my life.
I did it!!!
The past 4 weeks were full of surprises. When I first heard about YoumeU in May and decided to sign up for the biggest music-contest in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, I had no idea what to expect. I never thought that the users and listeners would like my tracks that much.
When the first stage of the contest ended late at night on the 15.July 2008, I was that nervous that I shut down my internet shortly before midnite and dared to log onto YoumeU again no earlier that a quarter past 12. From the beginning the results were promising. All my songs had been among the top 10 the whole time. Not only was I voted into the Pop-Charts with “True life” but also my two other competing songs “Play my game” and “Pull me in” rotated in the Hip Hop-Charts. Actually I was the only contestant being represented in both categories at the same time.
Hi Folks!
Probably like most of you the announcement of the premiere of “The Tudors” really caught my attention and finally the time was there. I have to admit I was infected from the first time I saw the trailer on tv. If it was because of the lead actor or the shown scenes… only heaven knows.
Jonathan Rhys Meyers already caught my eye in “Bend it like Beckham”. Aren’t his eyes amazing? And then I saw the first episode of “The Turdors”. Well, let’s say I was kinda irritated. Not, that I mind good-looking actors being naked almost half of the time. But there was definitely some “action” in this show. I don’t remember seing something like it at prime-time.
